This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Junsen Liu ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of Dollar Desktop Pet ("Dollar," "Software," or "Application").本最终用户许可协议（"协议"或"EULA"）是您（"您"或"用户"）与 Junsen Liu（"运营者"、"我们"或"我们的"）之间，就您使用 叨乐 Desktop Pet（"叨乐"、"软件"或"应用程序"）所订立的具有法律约束力的协议。

If you obtain Dollar Desktop Pet through Steam, your purchase and use are also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Steam terms, which are an agreement between you and Valve Corporation ("Valve"). This Agreement is a supplemental agreement that applies in addition to, and does not replace, Steam's applicable terms. Dollar Desktop Pet is a local Microsoft Windows desktop application that acts as a companion and a human-in-the-loop helper for people who work with supported AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Depending on your version and settings, Dollar may, among other things: display a desktop pet; observe local activity from supported AI coding tools; read commands before they run and sort them by risk level; ask you to approve, reject, or hold risky actions through on-screen prompts and keyboard shortcuts; hold higher-risk actions when its local helper cannot be reached ("fail-closed"); create local safety snapshots and assist with rollback; keep a local activity history; and display estimated token usage, estimated AI cost, estimated watch time, and similar metrics.叨乐 Desktop Pet 是一款本地运行的 Microsoft Windows 桌面应用程序，为使用受支持的 AI 编程工具（如 Claude Code 和 Codex）的用户充当伙伴及"人在回路"的辅助工具。根据您的版本与设置，叨乐可能（其中包括）：显示桌面宠物；观察受支持的 AI 编程工具的本地活动；在命令运行前读取命令并按风险等级进行分类；通过屏幕提示和键盘快捷键请您批准、拒绝或暂缓有风险的操作；在无法连接其本地辅助程序时暂缓较高风险的操作（"失败即停"）；创建本地安全快照并协助回滚；保留本地活动历史；以及显示估算的令牌用量、估算的 AI 成本、估算的看护时长及类似指标。
Dollar is an assistance and supervision tool only. It is not itself an AI coding tool, does not write or execute code on its own initiative, and does not replace your own judgment, version control, backups, testing, code review, security review, or professional review. Dollar may reduce some risks, but it does not make any AI coding tool safe and cannot prevent every mistake, loss, or harmful action.叨乐仅为辅助与监督工具。它本身并非 AI 编程工具，不会主动编写或执行代码，也不能替代您自己的判断、版本控制、备份、测试、代码审查、安全审查或专业审查。叨乐可能降低某些风险，但并不能使任何 AI 编程工具变得安全，也无法防止每一次错误、损失或有害操作。
2. License Grant, Platform, and Purchases2. 许可授予、平台与购买
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and your valid purchase or access rights through Steam or another authorized distribution channel, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a Microsoft Windows device for your personal or internal business use. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you. Dollar is offered as a one-time purchase. No subscription is required to use the licensed features of the version you purchase. If you obtain Dollar through Steam, your payment, billing, and any refunds are handled by Valve under the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the Steam Refund Policy. - copy, distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, host, or commercially exploit the Software except as expressly permitted by this Agreement;除本协议明确允许外，复制、分发、转售、出租、租赁、再许可、托管或以商业方式利用本软件；
- modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;修改、改编、翻译、基于本软件创作衍生作品、进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编、解密，或试图推导本软件的源代码，但适用法律禁止此类限制的情形除外；
- remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Software;移除、遮盖或更改本软件中的版权、商标或专有权声明；
- bypass, disable, or interfere with Steam licensing, access controls, update systems, or other protection mechanisms;绕过、禁用或干扰 Steam 许可机制、访问控制、更新系统或其他保护机制；

4. Local-First Operation4. 本地优先运行
Dollar Desktop Pet is designed as a local-first desktop application. Core features such as desktop pet behavior, local supervision, local safety snapshots, local rollback assistance, activity history, token and cost estimates, and watch time estimates are intended to run on your device.叨乐 Desktop Pet 被设计为一款本地优先的桌面应用程序。诸如桌面宠物行为、本地监督、本地安全快照、本地回滚协助、活动历史、令牌与成本估算以及看护时长估算等核心功能，均旨在您的设备上运行。
Unless a future version clearly asks for your permission or provides a separate, clearly identified online feature, Dollar Desktop Pet does not require a cloud account for its core features and does not intentionally upload your project files, source code, local snapshots, terminal logs, local activity history, API keys, or cost records to our servers.除非未来版本明确征求您的同意或提供单独的、明确标识的在线功能，否则叨乐 Desktop Pet 的核心功能无需云端账户，且不会有意将您的项目文件、源代码、本地快照、终端日志、本地活动历史、API 密钥或成本记录上传至我们的服务器。

5. Supported Third-Party Tools and Workflows5. 受支持的第三方工具与工作流
Dollar Desktop Pet may be designed to work with, or display local activity from, supported third-party AI coding workflows, such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.叨乐 Desktop Pet 的设计可能与受支持的第三方 AI 编程工作流（如 Claude Code、Codex 或类似工具）协同工作，或显示其本地活动。
You acknowledge that third-party tools are provided by their respective owners and are not controlled by us. Dollar Desktop Pet may display or process local events, command information, file-change information, or activity records generated by supported third-party tools, but we do not control those tools and are not responsible for their behavior, outputs, availability, accuracy, pricing, billing, updates, or security.您确认，第三方工具由其各自的所有者提供，并不受我们控制。叨乐 Desktop Pet 可能显示或处理由受支持的第三方工具生成的本地事件、命令信息、文件变更信息或活动记录，但我们不控制该等工具，亦不对其行为、输出、可用性、准确性、定价、计费、更新或安全性负责。

6. User Responsibility for AI Actions6. 用户对 AI 操作的责任
Dollar Desktop Pet is an assistance and supervision tool. It does not make AI coding tools safe by itself.叨乐 Desktop Pet 是一款辅助与监督工具。它本身并不能使 AI 编程工具变得安全。
You remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, rejecting, testing, and validating any command, file change, code change, configuration change, deployment, deletion, commit, push, script, or other action performed by you or by any third-party AI coding tool, whether or not that action passed through, was graded by, was approved in, or was missed by Dollar.对于由您或任何第三方 AI 编程工具执行的任何命令、文件变更、代码变更、配置变更、部署、删除、提交、推送、脚本或其他操作，无论该操作是否经过叨乐、是否由其评级、是否在其中获得批准，或是否被其遗漏，您始终独自负责对其进行审查、批准、拒绝、测试和验证。

7. Risk Warnings, Safety Snapshots, and Rollback7. 风险警告、安全快照与回滚
Dollar Desktop Pet may provide risk warnings, confirmation prompts, local safety snapshots, task history, and rollback assistance. These features are provided as convenience tools only.叨乐 Desktop Pet 可能提供风险警告、确认提示、本地安全快照、任务历史及回滚协助。该等功能仅作为便利工具提供。
Dollar's risk grading and confirmation behavior are best-effort and may be limited or affected by, among other things, the way a command is written, the modes and settings you choose, whether Dollar's local helper is running and reachable, system conditions, and the behavior of third-party tools. When Dollar's local helper cannot be reached, Dollar is designed to hold higher-risk actions rather than run them automatically; however, you must not rely on this or any other feature as your only safeguard.叨乐的风险评级与确认行为系尽力而为，并可能受到诸多因素的限制或影响，其中包括命令的书写方式、您所选择的模式和设置、叨乐本地辅助程序是否正在运行且可连接、系统状况以及第三方工具的行为。当无法连接叨乐本地辅助程序时，叨乐被设计为暂缓较高风险的操作，而非自动执行；然而，您不得将本功能或任何其他功能作为您唯一的防护措施。
We do not guarantee that Dollar Desktop Pet will detect every risky action, classify every action correctly, create a snapshot for every relevant file, preserve every project state, or successfully restore every file, configuration, dependency, database, external service, system state, or third-party tool state.我们不保证叨乐 Desktop Pet 会检测到每一项有风险的操作、正确分类每一项操作、为每一个相关文件创建快照、保留每一种项目状态，或成功恢复每一个文件、配置、依赖项、数据库、外部服务、系统状态或第三方工具状态。

Dollar Desktop Pet may display estimated token usage, estimated AI cost, estimated watch time, estimated time value, budget indicators, ROI-style summaries, or similar metrics based on local activity and user-provided settings. These figures are estimates derived from locally available information and your settings.叨乐 Desktop Pet 可能根据本地活动和用户提供的设置，显示估算的令牌用量、估算的 AI 成本、估算的看护时长、估算的时间价值、预算指标、类似投资回报率（ROI）的汇总或类似指标。这些数据均为根据本地可获得的信息及您的设置得出的估算值。

The Software does not provide legal, financial, accounting, security, engineering, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Any information displayed by the Software is for general utility and workflow awareness only.本软件不提供法律、财务、会计、安全、工程、税务、医疗或其他专业建议。本软件所显示的任何信息仅供一般实用参考及工作流认知之用。
You are responsible for obtaining professional advice when appropriate.在适当情况下，您应自行负责获取专业建议。

We may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, new features, removals, or changes to the Software at our discretion. We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate this Agreement or use the Software in an unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized manner. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete copies in your possession or control, except where retention is required by law. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. OpenAI and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI. GitHub and GitHub Copilot are trademarks of GitHub, Inc. Microsoft and Windows are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
